Thurmont Food Bank

Here are some great witnesses to the support of the food bank from the community:

  • Madison Ohler, Age 8, donated the proceeds from her Lemonade Stand – $13.76
  • The Baltimore Bicycling Club made a contribution of $2000.  They have a big ride every year around Thurmont.
  • The Catoctin Colorfest Committee purchased an animal at the Community Show.  The group re-sold the animal and contributed the proceeds to the Food Bank of $207.76.
  • The Thurmont High School Class of 1963 donated $760 from an August class reunion.

Thank you to all who contribute to the Food Bank.  It is a valuable and much needed ministry in Thurmont.
